Definitions

For the purposes of this warranty disclaimer:

  • Seller (referred to as either “the Company”, “Seller” , “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to 1K2K Dosing and Dispensing Pvt Ltd., Plot No. A-44/1/A-55, Rajmata Jijau Mahila Industrial Premises, CHS, Chakan MIDC Road,Phase II, Vasuli, Tal-Khed, Dist. Pune- 410501.
  • Buyer refers to the company/individual purchased the item from the website.
  • Goods refer to the items requested for the Service.
  • Website refers to 1K2K Dosing And Dispensing Pvt Ltd, accessible from https://shop.1k2k.in.

Warranty and Liability

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of 1K2K Dosing and Dispensing Pvt Ltd.

  1. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only on physical goods purchased from seller.
  2. This Limited Warranty covers any defects under normal use of our products during the Warranty Period. The buyer undertakes to inspect the goods carefully and to handle them in accordance with the operating instructions.
  3. If there is a manufacturing defect in the item purchased, Seller is entitled to deliver a replacement. If the seller is not willing or unable to make a replacement delivery or if the replacement delivery fails, the buyer is entitled, at his discretion, to withdraw from the contract or to demand a refund not exceeding the purchase value of the product.
  4. Seller not liable for damages resulting from improper use or storage of the products.
  5. The technical advice, verbally, in writing and through tests, is provided by seller based on the current state of the salesperson’s knowledge. However, it does not exempt buyer from checking the products delivered by the seller to determine their suitability for the intended processes and purposes. The application, use and processing of the products are beyond the control of the seller and are therefore the sole responsibility of the buyer. The seller’s producers guarantee the perfect quality of their products in accordance with the general sales and delivery conditions they use.

What does this limited warranty cover?

During the Warranty Period, Seller will replace, at no extra charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from seller is as follows

  1. 1 year from the date of purchase of Pneumatic and Battery Powered Dispensers

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • If the delivered goods have been damaged or handled improperly (in particular pressure, viscosity of the media, handling of the battery among others), complaints can no longer be taken into account.
  • No Warranty on manual dispensers, Static Mixers and Nozzles.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, the buyer must send a formal notification through our official email ID and Phone no. as mentioned below with a copy of purchase Invoice. On receiving the acceptance of service from seller’s official email ID/phone no. the goods should be sent to the seller’s communicated address for repair/service
